christening wear & custom piece returns
me, myself, & I understands that dressing your child is not an easy task. Children grow at incredible rates, and what size they wore last season probably won’t fit this time around.
We are a small and growing company ourselves whose priority it is to provide classic quality clothing for children. We ask that you please read our requirements for purchase carefully before your child wears their new clothing.
Returns that do not meet the following requirements will not be honored:
- To return merchandise for any reason, please call us at (518) 695-4867 or email us at inform@memyself-i.com. You will receive a Return Authorization number (RA#) which you should write on the original invoice and place it inside the box with the garment. The RA# should also be written on the outside of the box.
- We will accept the return of merchandise not laundered and/or worn, for exchange or credit, within ten (10) days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be returned with the original invoice and an RA# for exchange or credit.
- Garments failing to meet your expectations should be returned with the RA# and the original invoice within ten (10) days of the original purchase date. Merchandise must be returned with the original invoice for exchange or credit.
Credit card purchases returned for refund will be credited to the card used in the original purchase transaction. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
For your security, please return your purchase with an insured courier (i.e., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and retain your receipt. me, myself and I is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Customers are responsible for the return postage.
book & pattern packet returns
All book and pattern packet sales are final.
pre-paid class/lessons refunds
me, myself, & I understands that schedules can be overwhelmed at times, and we will work with you to adjust lesson times as necessary.
Please note that lesson packages must be used within 6 months of their purchase.
If you decide to discontinue classes/lessons within six months of purchasing, a pro-rated portion of the pre-paid fees will be refunded via the payment vehicle used to initiate the transaction (i.e., a check will garner a check). No refunds are granted after six months.
