Enjoy a leisurely afternoon on the spacious grounds of the Philip Schuyler House on Rt. 4, Schuylerville, this Sunday, August 10, as you visit with over 30 colonial artisans, listen to colonial music, watch a Punch & Judy show, dip candles and play colonial games, and tour the Schuyler House and herb gardens.  The event is free and open to the public from noon to 5 pm.

Artisans include a tinsmith, blacksmith, baker, brewer, ropemaker, milliner, mantua maker, broom maker, basketmaker, soapmaker, sheepshearer, buttermaker, beekeeper, farmer, teamster, herbalist, quilter, dyer, spinner, needleworker, powderhorn maker, chair caner, and 18th century medicines.

18th Century Day is sponsored by the Old Saratoga Historical Association in cooperation with the National Park Service.
